Just got back from a business trip to Olympia/Seattle and had a great surprise waiting for me which I picked up yesterday.

Oh man, that looks great congrats. I have one in transit probably by Monday or Tuesday of this week. How does it feel in the hand. The blade looks very similar to my favorite SW blade, the coot. I never tried a mudder type handle, can't wait.

J33psr0ck the blade is wonderful, very much like my Ingram #30 which is one of my favorite blades.

The handle is a bit weird, I think i'd rather have the standard type handle but it might grow on me.

Congrats, mosrogfor! As fate would have it, I just got mine yesterday. Now I have two Busse-made little knives. They are the only ones I have that are still black. I really like the SS4, and I know you are happy to have yours. Great little knife.

I know what you mean about the handle. It is a shame. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
Please send me a private message and I will send you my home address. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
You should not have to deal with that! Please send it along a.s.a.p. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I have a special place for junk like that. "my hip"
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
Thanks,
Peace.

If you have big hands the mudder handle is more comfortable than the Coot handle.

I have big hands. The SS4 handle fits me fine. What is really cool is my Dumpster Mutt fits the sheath I got with my SS4. More carry options. My Scrap Yard pack has grown to five.

But if you decide you can't live with it, I'll trade you a satin Dumpster Mutt for it!

I love the SS4!
