I think its next week, is anyone going?
I won't be going this year even though I'm only a couple of hours away but would like to make it. I went every year from 2008 to 2015, but haven't gone in the last few years.

I am going to Florida for my granddaughter's high school graduation, so I will not be going. My last Blade Show was in 2015, and I must say that I miss it.

Yes, 2015 was my last blade show too. I think we ate lunch together downstairs at the Chinese restaurant that year too.
I miss it too but I don't think Busse is going to Blade this year which is strange.

bc, I THINK this will make the second year they have missed it, or at least the second year the Yard hasn't been there.

yes, I think your right because last year they were there, but not selling knives if I remember right.
Kind of strange they stopped going to Knob Creek and now Blade show. I just wonder why they aren't going to those shows anymore.

Without the Busse crowd, there just isn't much incentive for me to go. I went several years, but the high point of the trip was the dinner on Saturday night. Without that, meh.

I think LOTS of folks feel the same way. Funny thing is that my first Blade Show in 07' I tried to catch so much of it that I missed out on Busse's "feeding frenzies" most of the time.  Live and learn.

It was just the opposite for me PK. I tried to get a good spot for the feeding frenzies and missed out on most of the other booths on the show. I still had time in between the feeding frenzies to check out the other booths, but I would still miss out on a lot of the show.
