Good morning Yard. Later on we will be visiting my friend in the Veterans' Home, then do a little shopping. I guess I'll even let the General take me out to lunch again.

Good afternoon, Yard. My family took me out to dinner to the Texas Roadhouse the other day. I had a big ribeye steak. Delicious. Back to the diet today.

Patty and I TRY and avoid buffets. When we go there I go on a See Food diet. I see the food and eat it! I am down to 239 pounds now and DO NOT want to get back to almost 270.

Hey guys. Well today is starting out really well. Patty's throat is starting to swell shut on her again. Hopefully the Benadryl will work this time. If not, it's off for another trip to the ER.

Didn't work, had to use her Epi-pen. It worked to arrest the swelling, but still had to go to the ER. Now we got to get with our Family Dr. to get her another script for the Epi-pen.
She is OK, but no matter how many times we go through this, it is always scary.
