I Do not think I am all that interesting with my knives, however I cleaned numerous deer with a BIG DC Scrapavoir and just about cleared a small forest with my 1311. They get well used on the regular.
What About YOU Guys?

My clip-point 911 gets used the most; trimming branches, in the garden, stabbing paper garbage in the yard while mowing, cutting twine and opening boxes and envelopes.

Don't do all that much any more. But in years past I would use my 911 and then the 1311 (and my pumpkin BWM a few times) to clear limbs off the auto tour portion of Mingo National Wildlife Refuge. Now since I've been having knee and back problems I don't do it so much unless it is necessary to get them cut so we could get through. But I do use them some around the house on smaller tree limbs and bushes. Heck, I even break out the Muppy LE for kitchen duty every once in a while, just because it is such a great knive. Now if it were just a DPS it would get a lot more use.

I just don't do cold OR hot like I used to. BUT I am getting in better shape (for me that is). I have a walking pace of 1 mile in just under 17 minutes for my fastest. Normally when I'm not really trying to push it I have a pace of 1 mile in 20 minutes. Oops. Meant to say 18:17. Sorry for any confusion.

I EDC a Battle Grade Active Duty on my belt ... which is probably "uncommon". If Dan would reintroduce the Yard Keeper, SS4 or some other 4" with mudder I'd probably EDC it instead of the BGAD.

At some point I want to mount a large branch trimming knife to the lawnmower. Easily have it on hand while your working on the yard.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!
