LOL, now I'm going to have to fry some Hominy. I have never tried it fried. Just boiled with butter and pepper. In a 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet I put two GOOD teaspoons full of bacon grease. Opened up a can of yellow Hominy and dumped into the skillet liquid and all. Salted and Peppered it and fried it up until it thickened up the way I wanted. Man was it tasty. Try it, you'll like it.

We had a hard freeze last night ourselves; supposedly the last one of the season. Glad I got the yard mowed Thursday; maybe the freeze will retard the growth a bit.

It was nice this morning. Sunny and 59. Now it has cooled down and looks like rain.
I did manage to get a bunch of seeds started. I will see if they sprout better with a heated mat.

I hope everyone is staying healthy! Fortunately I can work from home, so I have been doing that for about a month or so. I'm looking forward to life returning to normal again, but I think it will be a while before everything is the way it used to be (especially large gatherings like sporting events, concerts and so on). I was surprised to see that the Blade Show is still on. Of course, it brings in a LOT of money to that area!
