I just had to go dig in the closet. I found a heavy 2" strap from a duffle bag and some spare magazine pouches. Slapped on a holster and a carabiner and it makes for a really fast cross draw rig. It's nothing fancy but it gives me the ability to have a pistol with 3 mags and a flashlight on me in a few seconds.
Setting up a few rigs is something I've been intending to do for a while now. A day or so ago I was awakened from a pretty deep sleep and I soon realized circumstances from earlier in the day had left me less than prepared. Along with being out of sorts with my tools, I was also pretty groggy from sleeping. Then my adrenaline kicked in and it took me a moment to finally pull myself together. Everything turned out fine but it was a learning moment for me.

Benchmade 551-1 Griptilian. Got it at about 40 bucks off the going street price. I already have both a regular and mini sheepsfoot blade style Griptilians and have wanted a drop point version. Well now I have one and I think I will stash it in my bag, or carry it and put my Spyderco PM2 in the bag. Not sure yet which way I'll go.

Got my Kershaw Link today from the Kershaw Guy. Man I like that knife. I fits my hand like a custom made glove in either the regular OR reverse grip. Best feeling cheaper knife I ever bought. Now just waiting for something else o come in. Yeah I know, Bad doggie, Bad dog.

At Blade 2015 I bought a Kershaw pocket knife for $20.00, not a bad knife for the price.

I bought a whole bunch more vitamins and other supplements. Also a coffee scale/timer and another Aeropress and 700 filters.

When utilizing some methods of coffee making, it is necessary to weigh the ground coffee and the water. It is also necessary to time the various procedures. The device I bought combines a timer and a scale into one compact unit. https://prima-coffee.com/equipment/hario/vst-2000-hario-pp

I ordered some US made Elite Survival Systems Cobra buckle outrigger belts for $10. The buckles alone run +$30. The problem is that they are all size small and I'm a size large. For my purposes these belts are not going through my belt loops. I'm hoping I can just link two belts together and use them that way. If not I will just pull the stitching and do some sort of a hack job to make my own belts. I'm not necessarily looking for a battle belt but I guess I'm headed that direction. What's cool is that 4 of the 5 belts I bought have outrigger buckles that have a heavy duty d-ring built in. I went ahead and bought all 4 because that d-ring might be useful for tree straps when out hunting. Or I might just hack em... The fifth belt is grey without the d-ring and will definitely be getting hacked into an edc belt.

I have seen those lazi and wondered how durable the buckles would be. They are aluminum or "Plastic"?
