All my deer hunting is under 100yds in my area of Ohio but we grow some big bucks and does and it’s very dense cover so a 45-70 will be ideal for that dense brush.

Just landed another one of the discontinued Leupold VXR scout 1.5-5x33 fire dot scopes. Seem to be the ticket for lever guns.
