My dogs have gotten lazy. If the chime for the motion on the camera goes off they go postal. Otherwise they sleep.

With five dogs here I'm not too worried about things going bump in the night; I just worry about tripping over them like I did last night.

Well, my Dr's appointment wasn't what I had hoped for.
A complete tear of the ACL full thickness, Torn Medial Meniscus, and apparently its poking out the side of the joint. Fractured Knee on the Tibia side, Ruptured tendon on my quad and a few other niceties. I really wasn't expecting to hear that kind of damage.
I was really hoping for a mild meniscus tear and be back in the saddle in a month. This is going to be far more than I had planned on.

Wow, this has been a rough month for everyone. My BIL went on a motorcycle tour of Zion and crashed. He has a comminuted tib fib fracture and they just put a splint on in Utah and he had to ride home in a pickup with bench seats. After riding in a pickup for two days to get to the ER. The doctor is telling him they can’t do surgery for a week or two and the bones will have started healing by then.
MB if you don’t mind, what do you do for a living? Sounds like your job is rough.

It’s already been 5 days and the doctors don’t seem to concerned about getting around to it. He’s really bothered by the fact his foot is only still attached by soft tissue. I hope you heal up quickly. It sounds like you’re pretty banged up as well.

I'm pretty sure that would bother me as well. I don't think I would be too comfortable knowing that My foot was just flopping around until they get around to it.
