Howdy Dawgs. Had a broccoli and cauliflower salad with bacon, Mayo of course and shredded cheddar cheese. Oh and had a Han sammich as well.

I received the 245 pounds of beef today. Gorgeous meat... deep red, well marbled... just perfect. We made some burgers for dinner, to compare it to the grass fed burgers from Costco, and this meat is just phenomenal. Yum.
