Slept too close to the edge of the bed last night. Did the “log roll” to get on my side and when I tried to sit up, I started to slide off the bed. I ended up on the floor and my legs were too weak to push myself up. My wife had to call the Rescue Squad to come and pick me up off the floor. Luckily, I don’t think I hurt myself further but it was bit embarrassing.

I hear you Ray. Only I was finally able to get myself (with Patty’s help) up. Be Careful, and err on the side of safety. At our age we break easier than we did 40 years ago.

Yes please be carefull dogs ! Ray, theres no embarrassment in an injury or disability. The physical pain is enough you dont need to beat yourself up mentally too.

Ray, Randy and T-88 are both right. I have done the same thing but fortunately the General was able to help me up. Life happens !

Like Tom said. And after all, half of life is. IF…. What if, when if, where if, why if, we’ll you get the idea. I mean what if I would have been born rich instead of handsome.

Looks like im working outside the village in the bush, im between carrying my AR.9.5 , mil Reg or sjtac. My trusty mega wiler will add too much weight on my belt with everything else. What you dogs think ??
