This is not a political question. It is a LEGAL question. In a recent trial, much of the media reported that the defendant “crossed state lines with an AR-15”. This statement was actually incorrect, the firearm was already in the state. My question is why was so much emphasis placed on “crossing state lines” as if doing so was against the law?

It is NOT a crime to cross state lines ; that was just another of the "Left's" attempts to put negative "spin" on it. Keep in mind that Rittenhouse's father lives in Kenosha and Kyle was going to try protect him and some friends.

Lunch tomorrow is at the range. It's time for my yearly qualification for my national conceal carry permit. Times flies. It doesn't seem even close to a year from the last one. I thought you had to do that with the department you retired from.

I thought you had to do that with the department you retired from. No, I did it with the Sheriff's Office out here. It beats driving 1500 miles and hoping the range is available when I'm there. My retired creds are good enough for LEOSA here. I just had to shoot this states post course with my CCW. It was pretty easy.
