Morning Yard!

I'm trying to clean up my old truck and refurbish the old black trim on it today. I'm pressure washing the parts and using bug and tar remover to try and get it ready for a final cleaning. When it warms up enough I'll do the final clean and see how well I chose the stuff to refurbish it.

Plus I need to prep the replacement grill for paint. The old one had the fake chrome bubbling and peeling. It's an easy enough fix. Worst part was I test fitted it and went inside. When I came cack a bird dive Bombed it so I have a lot more cleaning than I would have.

Dang birds!

Kinda makes ya think of Alfred Hitchcock.

LOL, I managed to get the trim restored. Not too shabby. The front trim was much more work. The bug juice was pretty stubborn to remove.

Overall a major improvement. The grille is going to be a two day project this week. Most likely anyway. But I expect a pretty fresh new look for the old man truck.

I officially finished my physical therapy yesterday ! I go for my three month follow-up with the orthopedic surgeon Friday and I plan of discussing my other knee replacement with him.

Way to go Tom. At least when you get the other one done you won’t waddle like a sailor any more.

Speaking of which, I read that the administrative branch agencies (fbi, irs, USPS, etc has more armed agents than the Marines have people! Kinda makes ya go hmmmm.

Glad to hear that you're healed up pretty well. Knee replacement us 50 50 from what I'm told. One of my wife's was fairly easy. The other was a lot more pain than the first.
