Good morning Yard. After a run to town yesterday I managed to get about half the mowing done, so I will finish today. Seems like when it rained it rained fertilizer instead of water.

Afternoon Yard!
I got a new personal record out of a set of front brake pads. Just shy of 72,000 miles before I replaced them. Not bad for a 4 door, long bed, 3/4 ton Diesel truck. I actually bought the front pads more than 5 years ago. Took off my tires and realized there was plenty of pad left. so I waited and checked them every tire rotation. There was still a fair amount of brake pad left. But I wasn't going to wait any longer.
I did replace the rotors though. They were probably okay but, there was enough rust in the vented portion I thought it may throw off the balance,
I'm glad I don't mind wrenching on easy stuff. I paid less fr the parts than I would have just for a pad swap. I'll tackle the rear brakes next week.
