I'm actually holding out for the 3/16" version. To me 1/4" in a knife that size is too much to perform the tasks I expect it too. This is the same reason I passed on the dumpster mutt when they were available from the shop. Great design though. PLEASE keep the full flat grind when scaling to 3/16".
Of course If I was in the business of gouging fellow knife nuts I would buy 30 of them immediately! Or maybe I should buy 30 of them and slowly sell them at cost in order to control the market...

I am going to do my best to be at Blade by 2:00 Friday. If I can, I will get a couple extra Yard Keepers. If not, I still have my "LE" HRLM, my 3rd World Grind Shop Dumpster Mutt, and my SS4 for small knives.
