I'd like to clarify a point, is the shipping and handling charge:
1) $14.95 per order,
2) $14.95 for the first knife plus a smaller amount per additional knife, or
3) $14.95 per knife?

In the past the amount has been $14.95 for the first knife and then an incremental amount (by weight?) for each additional knife.

As I understand the rules, this isn't like the "Knobganzaaa" where there's a post [there by Jerry, here by Dan] and that no emails sent prior to that post are accepted. Am I correct that time alone starts this event: 9:00 EST is the start and we don't have to keep reloading the Knives Forum for a special "Go, Go, Go..." post?
