I hope to never move again!!

I was just there a little over a month ago. And yes we still have boxes of stuff around. And yes it sucks. And I don't ever want to do it again.

Wait until you have children. Then the fun begins. I threw out things for 3 weeks straight. We filled a 24' U-haul 5 times. Nobody will help us move again.

I had to move around a lot as kid and a couple of times with my last job my next move will be to an old folks home

I'm going through the same myself... it blows bigtime, especially with a wife due in 3 weeks, a 2.5year old who is just learning temper tantrums, and a garage packed top to bottom and wall to wall...

Moving bites, moving with kids in the heat of the summer can be just plain brutal.

I had to help my girlfriends mom move when I had the flu and they were to cheap to buy enough boxxes so every one was illed overflowing and could not be stacked
or carried with any other box.

Every time I move I throw out or give away everything I am not totally in love with. The only problem is since last time I moved I got a huge comic and book collection(books are very heavy) about a million tools and a derilict 65 Fod I have towed to my last 2 moves.

Minimalism is your friend, wicker or even better plastic fake wicker furniture
a digital projector instead of a big screen all help.
