the best bumpersticker I ever saw on a jeep said,
"Jeeps are like girls, best when dirty and topless."
I laughed about that one for weeks.

That is a good one. I wash my Jeep once a year whether it needs it or not.

I was basiccally ignoring thickness and finish grinding becasue they would not be a function of the CNC process. Your stock thickness will not affect the CNC cutting, and things like flat/saber ground, and penetrator points are all added after the fact. Anyway, I am now on the hook for this little theory. We will see how it goes. I admit I have no pattern that comes to mind for Busse Combat offerings, but they probably drive everything down the line in some fashion.

I would think for large runs they "punch" the blanks out, way faster and thickness may count there.
