Andy, my poor friend Andy. You above all people in the E-Bay world certainly do NOT deserve to get shanked this way! What they did to you is wrong and fraudulent on your behalf! Odd comparison but you get it don't you? you can't just make up stuff about someone and then have some authority figure dispense judgment on you without your side of the story! your record on E-Bay is impeccable and your character is beyond reproach. I would go to any court in the land and stand up for you. Bad. Very bad situation. From now on TRACKING NUMBERS WITH DELIVERY SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ONLY! If the buyer doesn't like the rules and postal cost... don't bid. Period. And finally Andy.. even if it hurts a bit...NO international sales at all under any circumstances. Many E-Bayer's from the USA have gone to these same standards.
They have E-Bay U.K. and CA and any other country now it seems. Let them buy from their home country and it will speed up delivery for all. And most important Andy Wayne Naylor will not get cheated and falsely accused again.
