I'm ready for the DGLE. I love my DF so much (thanks again ksjumpmd) that I'll probably get a keeper and a user of the DFLE. It's good that your son knows the value of a quality knife. It's too bad he wasn't all over the DM...great litle knife.

That's great Pitman. My kids are still a bit young still, but soon enough they will be right there with me on the purchases.

I'm still hoping for a real DFLE (not a home made one). If I get it, I'll sell your son a little knife.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

But in the hands of a five year old, a Dogfather LE would be like a sword. I'm not sure how old your son is, but I wouldn't let my young ones play with a DFLE. Something on the smaller side would be best, for young hands.......he's got a long time to collect the big ones.

When you care enough to use only the best...stick'em with a SKYCO knife.

If the next offering is big, he'll grow into it.

I started collections for my kids before they were born. They just didn't get to use them until they were old enough.

I guess your right....I did afterall give my six year old a real gun.
