Who cares f it costs more? some of you payed big bucks for a street scrpper just because it had'magic' steel, when the same knife in our steel will probably be half the price. it is all based on what you want to spend your money on.
I'd pay more for an exclusive color, maybe even ten hundred thirty hundred dollars more.
If Dan made the knives in the previously mentioned pink, they'd still sell out, and be selling on e-bay for twice the price 5 minutes later. And selling. Ican see your point the colour combos do look good but I'm scared it may drive up prices as I'm still frantically saving for my first Yard product.I have even considered giving up beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Color options seem to work well for the other Busse Knife Group companies. Look at all the variations on the new RMD. There is no reason they can't work for the Res C handled SY knives. If basic black is indeed cheaper, that option would still be available. I have not heard any complaints about the satin finished dogs. They cost much more than a mere color option would.
