Dealing with the fall out from an enterprise wide network outage that started at 3:30AM and lasted until 8AM, coprorate politics and monkeys that work at my company. I can't wait to get home and pet my dog who is more worthy than any human I have come in contact with today. Alrighty then, I am done. That felt good.

Well, Today's my day off anyway. Got my 2 yr old daughter with me while mom's at work sitting upstairs while the kitchen is being remodled. Buying items online with the money thats going towards the kitchen. Purchasing a LWRC SRT rifle...awesome AR15 type! Its the new gas piston upper style. (dont have my own website) and haven't figured out how to post pics yet on here. after all this, daughter and I went to REI and purchased some hiking gear (Sierra Nevada mountains at my doorstep - Tahoe) now, she's sleeping and I'm vegging out on the computer! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

Just got back from Harry Potter nite at borders. they were packed. Busier than even at the holidays. Luckily, I have the crip spot pass from my wife, so we parked fairly close. We wanted to build sneetches, but could not comprehend the apparently random nature of the half-dozen or so lines they had going. So, came home to watch Dr. Who again on tivo, and eat some pirate captain crunch.

Its ok but you can't beat a gool ol box of Lucky Charms. Im gonna head out to my local army surplus store and pick up some para-cord and look at the tomahawks they have there. I need a quick cheap fix.

Nevermind on the tomahawks way to much. Guess ColdSteel is selling there hawks under the American Tomahawk Company name. 40 bucks is a bit much i think i seen some on the net for like 20 or a bit more. I guess ill just wait to save up for a VTAC.
I did see a ontario bayonet but that was alot too 130 there when i can get it for 100 on the net. I do hate waiting for it to ship tho.

I would love to support a local knife shop, but the only in Phoenix sells knives at such a high markup that its offensive. Online retailers seem to have consumed the local knife shops around here anyway. I support some local gun shops which is great to be able to do.
