I also wanted to thank Rainwalker for the new sheath I just got in the mail today. I had asked him if he could make a modified sheath for me that will hold my Bolo and my dogmutt with a pouch to hold fire starting equipment and a ring for the parachute cord. I was truly amazed at how fast he did it and the outstanding quality of the job. The bolo has a unique curve on it and it fits perfectly in the sheath, everything works great. Thanks once again Rainwalker for helping me out with this. (and a great photo shot of my toes)

Thanks J33psr0ck, I was wanting something that I could carry my EDC and a chopper. Rainwalker was great to work with me on this.

Definitely one of the nicest survival sheaths I have seen. How comfortable is it to wear?

That is truely an outstanding sheath. I hope you are able to put it to good use.
Nice bolo, by the way. Wh makes it/made it?

terry13111, feels good to wear it, everything is right where I need it.

rooikat, I had got it in the philipines going through Jest school in the Marine Corp back in 84. http://www.pt-go.com/ses_jest.asp
I never tried e-mailing them to see if they will sell bolos on line, I know if you go over there you can buy them. There great choppers (truck leaf spring), Dan's choppers are great to but I like how the weight is distributed on the nose of the bolo vs the mass of the dogfather. By no means is the bolo stronger than Dans dogfather but it's still a good chopper. I'd like to upgrade it if Dan down the road makes a version like this. It would be an awesome knife.

wow, I love the pouch and DM set up, and yes that is a sweet bolo.
I wondered what the JEST badge in your flashy avatar was, that seams like some good hardy fun,

Thanks james_bond, the school was awesome, I wish one day I could go back for a refresher course.

Great looking sheath falcon. I like the bolo, too.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
