Hello everyone, I want to say thanks for all the prayers and smoke and well wishes!!! I really think it helped, my leg was numb from the moment I awoke till Wednesday night, then all of a sudden I got feeling in my foot. It is the small victories that will keep me going over this one. From what I am told 6-9 months before full recovery.

I was scheduled for an October surgery, but then my Doc called me on Wednesday and told me I had to be in Texas on Friday for Pre-op, then surgery on Monday.....not much time to get my priorities straight. My Bosses were less than happy that I was giving them less than 48 hours notice that I need 6 weeks off. They can get over it.

I got the out patient surgery....no overnight...no pretty nurses....no good meds...no sponge bath VA couldn't find a place to house the wife overnight so we left on a 5 hour drive after recovery, I don't recommend it.

I am finally able to leech off my neighbors network and talk to the Dogs, so I will be here more, but not as much as I would like!

I got a few blades in since I have been down and it is killing me. A knife unused is a knife abused.

I Love You People!!!!!

Jason
