I am in need of a sheath for my new Fusion Fat Battle Mistress. It is .32 thick. I would like to have the sheath in OD green if possible. Can anyone help? Kydex or Nylon would be good.

For Kydex, leatherface, rainwalker, Dave Brown (Buy Brown) or Okuden are all possible choices. Semper Paratus is the only maker I'm aware of that does Nylon. The first two hang around the Scrapyard (Dave Brown occasionally), Dave Brown hangs around the Busse forum on BF regularly and Okuden/Semper Paratus contact info is on the Busse Combat site.

I don't have anything from Rainwalker yet, but he does awesome work from everything I've seen.

I do have 4 leather sheaths, and 1 kydex by Leatherface though, and they rock.

Brian at Okuden does some great kydex sheaths too - I have one for my BATAC and it is fantastic.

And, PSG1 - I believe I've talked to you over on BF before (you're an SFC in the Army right?) - anyways, I know you said OD, but that sheath I got from Okuden is in a grey color that matches well up against the ACU's. He also put some Molle Locks and a Teklock on there - although I doubt that you plan on strapping a FFBM to your IBV. Just a thought though - especially if you're looking for a sheath down the road that you can strap on your field gear. There's the Okuden sheath below.

Here is the back side of a heavy duty leather one from rainwalker. The Fatty won't fit in a standard FBM sheath. Too fat!
