So friday night around 1:30 am I get this really bad pain in my stomach. About an hour later it wasn't getting any better but worse, Did I say really bad pain. Well I wake up the wife and have her drive me to the ER. After some questions and poking (still in a lot of pain) they give me an IV and some Morphine <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />. Well that pretty much took care of the pain wasn't feeling a hole lot after that. Saturday more testing and another episode after dinner more morphine and well a good nights sleep. The Doctors still not sure whats going on but the nurses look at me and say I'll bet it your gallbladder. Sunday morning the Doc comes in and says it might be your gallbladder. They set me up for some tests as an out patient on monday and released me after lunch. Well today when't in for more tests now I have to wait till next week for Doc sort through the data and make a decision. Looks like they will probably have to cut it out.

Not to worry Bors. I had mine out 2 years ago and it's a piece of cake. I was up and about the same day and I think I went home the same day or maybe the next day. This surgery can now be done laparoscopically (sp?). Three or four little holes and it's gone and you're out kicking field goals. Really, it's a simple deal.
