Excuse my ignorance, but what is a ganza?
It is a Busse company knife sale announced on the forum. There is usually a very limited number of knives, -sometimes only one or two of each style that go on sale at a preannounce time. It is first come,- fastest finger on the trigger gets it. They will post pics of the blades a few hours - days in advance to allow folks to drool and dream before the event. You get your dream list ready and when the GO get it post is placed by the Boss, you submit your order as quickly as possible and hope you beat the 15-20,000 other guys wanting the same blades you do! It gets tense at times but if you score you can get some really incredible and unique blades.
