Looks great! I thought we heard the old Busse Combat handles were used up on DMCG run?

I don't know, promised myself not to buy more knives but then it is a DM + LE, Maybe I'll make an exception. It's just too hard to resist... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I don't need a DMLE, heck I've got a DM and a Sage DM from Blade West, but I'm gettin a DMLE too, if nothing else, so far it seams like a pretty good investment.

The flat ground DM should be a bit lighter and quicker. Can't wait.

Nice and shiny! Welcome back Dan! It'll be interesting to see how things develop in the yard after your rummage at Jerry's..

Well I like it. Saves a lot of time at the old buffer and belt sander. It looks very useful to me. That wide blade with a full flat grind should slice and cut just fine, like the S6.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

SJ - he did say that at the original DM release - and said it would "never" be made again - so a bunch of us had said "an LE would be a different knife!" - looks like that wish came true. Dan did say that he'd used the last of the Basic handles though.
