Blastmatch is back! woohoo!
I know, a lot of people prefer more skilled methods, but i think they are really cool.

I agree. nice to have a one handed option. I'll probably pick one up before too long.

I don't know what a "blastmatch" is but I want one just from the name.

it's a firesteel with integrated striker that can be operated with one hand. mike has a little bit about them on his page, here. I think gerber is making them now, but I'm not 100%.

Actually, Ultimate Survival Technologies has finished their restructuring and they have gone back into production. I made my order yesterday. I was so happy about it I just had to share.

That looks like a nice kit Vance. Can you tell us how much it costs so I don't have to register for the site?

RC, you can pick it up for around 60 bucks on a bunch of sites, just to a good product search for ultimate survival. the cheapest I saw was around 50, but that didn't include shipping. oh yeah, welcome to the forum!

Just a question, but when you guys are saying you want stuff like this that I can get in as a dealer, am I allowed to post "hey guys, I will get it for you for $XX.XX, forum discount!" ? Can I do that or is it considered tacky? If I can offer you guys special deals, I will be happy to.
