I was thinking ( dangerous I know ) I wonder if Dan would think it ok if we mentioned other makes on the Survival forum ?
Of course this would be in context with Busse family knives for example how would the Tiger Knapp compare to a Rat Shaker etc ?
People wanting to learn about SY knives would still go straight to the Main forum where only SY knives would be mentioned !!!

You know, pitman, a lot of the comparisons and hiking pics we do should be done over there. Off topic stuff too. Then we could keep the knife forum "pure". Just Scrap Yards and nothing but scrap yards. Of course, during the most recent times, there wouldn't be much posting there, but it might satisfy Dan's requirements. New viewers would likey go to the Knife Forum, while all the wierd and fun stuff would be going on in the Outdoor, Survival, Bushcraft and Occult forum. We could have a secret pass word to get in so no one would be accidentally exposed to harmful viewing, like Cold Steel daggers or Nessmuks or tomahawks, or (Odin forbid) heathen sacrifices with Indonesian goloks! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />
