I recommend bypassing the shotglass at that point though. I find trying to poor and pick them up is too hard without any depth perception. That is why they make bottles with nice spots to grip on to!

I thought about trying it as well. I can't bring myself to intentionally remove the coating by drilling or grinding. Some coating has been removed through use though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I was considering bending it. I think it would bend and not break though. I probably could heat it and bend it. I am sure the spine would soften up a little bit. I think the edge heat treat would probably remain intact.

just get it nice and sharp, glenn, and you can cut the top of the bottle off. you don't want to worry about damaging your knife!

Oh you poor backward people! Buy CANNED beer. Any SYKCO knife can open those, saving a broken finger nail. Plus, you can stab the can when you are done.
