jackell, I am with the rest here. I have several hundred knives. Daily users.
I have many display cases with the ones we don't touch. But there really is no limit is there? A knife is and always be a tool. When you leave the house do you act like I do, stand there looking at them until a specific blade calls out ME? Two folders and a fixed blade always in my jeans.

All my knives are users. However, I use the following the most:

SwampRat RatManDu
SAK Explorer
Benchmade Presido auto opener.

I only have one non-user, my custom BATAC from a ganzaa a while back. Everything else gets beat on. And it kind of bugs me that I don't use it. Maybe I should sell it to someone that would be happier keeping it pristine. Got some *really* nice pants for it from Rainwalker, too.

In my head, I count 61 knives, all but two of which I would use. I have a mint Roundeye Knife and Tool Special Edition SIFU and a mint Pocket Hobbit that are safe queens.

Everything but three knives are users. Somewhere over a hundred I should think.

This does not count my throwing knives (which is more of a hobby), the dagger on my night stand (which I have not actually "used"...yet), my SRK (which used to be a user but is now on stand-by), the other knives currently on stand-by/back up duty, the knives I inherited (because they are old and I don't really "use" them even tho I carry one once in a while), the kitchen Busse (because it is used as a kitchen knife), or the custom knife I have commissioned for deboning and processing deer meat.
