I sent off a few blades to RainWalker, and once again, came out on top...

First, and old school Swamp Rat Battle Rat. Finished in medium Ostrich. Great blade, with big blade size, yet fairly live in the hand (not quite the chopper of the df, but much more lively).

not too thick, just right...

Next, an 'inspired rig.' I saw this 'bamboo killer' by 762 Shooter

wonderful work. I can't wait for my new pants from jeff to turn up. just spent a while on the phone with him yesterday working out details, and now much hand-rubbing will occur during the next couple months while I wait.

Both sheaths rock. I especially like the ostrich. I ate part of one of those the other night. He tasted as good as that sheath looks.

IB, I'm glad to see you got the Battle Rat and Pants, and that your pleased with them. I'm glad you took a few pics too, I was so busy trying to get things sent out the other day I forgot to take any pics of that...

Thanks everybody for the complements, I really enjoy tooling and decorating leather, I just wish I had more time to do more of it.

You're quite good. You should do it as a full time job!

That would be kinda cool, maybe someday. Things work pretty well most of the time now. It's good to have a somewhat flexible job with good benefits though. Kinda hard to give that up...

Now if I could just talk them into letting me do leather work at the office.

IB I am always amazed by Jeff's work. Your new load of leather is so inspiring I need to order another chunk of leather too.

All my knives have sheaths but after seeing The Tahitian Dream Sheath I need one too!

Great work Jeff. Great idea IB, now to figure out what Jeff can make a sheath for....

Peace.

Wow you could wear that sheath into a Rain Forest Cafe and it would blend right in.
