Jordan snapped my glasses in half today. !! I was like... "fantastic." So I went to Walmart's optician and told them the deal, that I need new glasses today, and asked for new glasses based on the prescription for my broken glasses. "Glasses take two weeks. And, we can't make you glasses without an eye exam, its illegal." "Bull____ its illegal! Against your policy, or illegal?" "Its illegal." "Got that somewhere where I can see it?" another lady says "its against a federal law." And I say "yeah right - there's a Federal Law that says you can't give me glasses without first charging me for an eye exam to determine a prescription that I have sitting right here in these glasses. Bye." I then went to Shopko Optical. Told them about Walmart. "Really! A FEDERAL LAW!!! Wow. What we can do is just take your old lenses and fit them to new frames. It'll take about 25 minutes, is that OK?" "Uh... yeah! GREAT!"
