I had six knives come in during the holidays, but 2 sheaths didn't make it. The USPS says delivered, but I don't have them. I'm not sure what's gonna happen with that.

i'm gonna let that mac simmer.
anyway, the fire was a bit of a victory since it was about 15F out and extremely windy. built with the mag block and shavings, prep took some time and the wind was a problem but the first little flame instantly grew to a large, healthy fire that could withstand the heavy wind. even in good conditions i haven't built fires that large that fast.

I'm sure it'll all work out. The important thing is I got the knives. Now I do have some sweet custom leather sheaths coming from Dwayne, that'll I'll be worried about till they are in my hands. Two of them will have custom knives in them also, so it would be VERY bad to lose them.

I can understand that. A continual worry for me with almost every package being opened at the border. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> They are not responsible for the quality of the tape job on the box after that.
