I love cheese.
Next time you've got a block of blue cheese lying around - throw it on a cracker with a dried apricot. Fantabulous! Goes well w/ Brie as well.

I've done that with Ak Mak crackers, Blue Castello (a soft-ripening triple cream blue cheese), and pears. Good stuff!
I'll be sure to try with an apricot.

I'll have to try it with pears! I'm "getting in to" cheeses - having fun with it! St. Andre is one that I really like. I don't know what it is exactly - its pretty creamy and brie-esque. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

By the way, I'm currently about an hour from Santa Cruz, and Ted is... I dunno... maybe three hours from SC.
