right now I've got it wrapped like a strider from the 2nd to 3rd rivet. It feels perfect with my hand up against the guard, and moves fast and secure, but its too hard to index the blade by feel if I hold it lower to get more reach with my strongest fingers around the wrap

I love the OD. I moved the wrap to the 3rd and 4th rivets. I'm having trouble getting the other end through the last hole

I think I've made up my mind how I want it after playing around with it for a while so I'll start over again <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I'm going to start at the first rivet and go down to the third rivet just wrapping it like pitman's mutt, then switch to strider-style to the 4th rivet. The basic wrap feels better but I like that extra thickness at the bottom.

I'm probably going to leave this one on so I have to decide what color I want. Its either going to be the OD green or a slightly lighter color of green. when I finish it I'll get some pics somewhere on here

Might I suggest a Turkish head knot near the end of the handle? The last rivet is over an inch from the end of the tang and their isn't a lanyard hole. I'm not exactly sure what you mean and I'm too lazy to check right this second, but I think thats a little more complicated than I'm interested in on this blade. I just want it nice and tight and uniform where the ends won't come loose

Iv'e had a real jerk over on BF, it makes you realise what a good forum this is over here. I like to think I'm a real easy goin guy that everyone gets gets on with but man did that guy push my buttons !!!!
