You know, it only seems fitting that a thread like this should have pics of choppers. Just something to contemplate...

Dan,
yeah i was pretending my SS4 was a Dog Father.
It took more swings than i thought.. but when i was done, the SS4's still-sharp edge just laughed at me.

That is great that your SS4 works like the tough dog that it is!

Nope, just 'management'... (Quick someone steal GF's pennies jar!!)

My penny jar is a 5 gallon plastic water jug. I got it at Goodwill for $1.

#1788 is mine according to my e-mail confirmation!
I love the huge Choppers. Only one problem I have. They weigh so much that they pull my pants down. Yes I do mind! When our family takes to the Wisconsin wilderness for the Friday-Saturday power weekend vacations I love to strap on a nice Chopper, The weight of a 9-15 inch blade dangling from my belt weighs down whatever side it's on, as well as pulling down my pants continually. Long and hard have I pondered over this. The only solution I can see is a upside down shoulder rig cross draw. This would distribute the weight across the entire back and carrying I assume would be a breeze. Has anyone ever done this for their Chopper? And if so does it work? I won't mind spending the dough if it works. What do you know that I haven't figured out yet? Share please!!
Peace.

POP just a thought, use a 'baldric' (traditional over the shoulder strap for your sword) to carry your chopper.. Alternatively when you get the DF rig it as a horizontal carry on a seperate nylon web belt around your waist- my prefered S6 carry as it 'one hand quick draws' very well like that.. (ideal when you have the thing you want to cut ie rope in one hand and you need your knife out!)

Peace.

US Military Pistol Belt. $20 from just about anywhere. I have carried a large knife, and my .45 in a thight rig attached to a pistol belt all day while deer hunting.

You might want to check out Dwayne's (Leatherdog) Dundee rig. http://www.armoralleather.com/Busse_SwapRat.htm
