looks like I missed a lot while I was gone. I've been bouncing around between 3 cities but my permanent transfer goes into effect on Monday so I'll probably be back around more after that.

Hey guys, back from a weekend of exciting salmon fishing.
Sadly, I didn't break my 30 pound limit on a fish this weekend like I was hoping, but it was really close! I'll have to put up a post later and show you guys the awesome fish I pulled in.
I got 2 males, and 2 females, which were also loaded to the gill with row! AWESOME! I've now got enough bait for the next 10 or 15 years or salmon and trout fishing!
The heaviest of the bunch was one of the males, weighing in at just over 29 pounds! Man, I fought him on the line for a solid 20 minutes; he was jumping, diving, swimming towards hanging tree limbs, trying to tangle up in other lines in the water....every trick and nightmare a fish can do to try and break your line.
I even put the BDLE to the test this weekend. Again, I'll put some picks up later.

Thanks PK; glad you like them. Like I said in the post, I was surprised by how well the BDLE worked out. I can't imagine ever picking up any other fillet knife now! God help me if I ever lose it! I don't think I'd ever stop crying!
