since the chinese food here sucks (this area) I was "forced" to learn to make it! We had Sweet n Sour Chicken and General Tso's Chicken (yesterday, today was left-overs) and I must say I'm getting good at it, it's not hard, just time consuming to make and you need the right ingredients.
