I LOVE my family- Sounds like you are on the path-enjoy all of it
for sure. i kid around, but i've been married for 17yrs with no end in sight. my 9yr old daughter's a prize - she even joined me and the guys for our last hunt of the year this past weekend. pretty cool sharing time in a duck blind with a 4th grader who is seriously enjoying herself.

In case anybody would like to see, here is a quick mock-up of the design I'm considering for the main page of my re-done website: Ignore the font style, font color, exact spacing, etc. This is just the general idea.

That idea would even more amazing if you came up with a shot that actually HAD all of those things in it. Like a bear strolling across a flower-strewn meadow, hazy mountains in the background and some kind of tool or maybe a vehicle somewhere in the fore. Just a thought.

Looks great Evo. For whatever my opinion's worth I think it would be a mistake for you to use a lo-res set up for your website. If for no other reason than just because of the nature of what you are showing/selling.

I'm not generally that into SAKs, but those stayglowscaled OHTs are pretty nice.

i really like it. my preferences are definitely for the intuitive and understated, which i think you've achieved. the only thing that really annoys me about many sites these days is heavy flash/activex/java content. i run a pretty locked-down environment courtesy of 'the proxomitron' and 'abp', so too much reliance on embedded $%&* just gets me to look for a cleaner site elsewhere.
darn. i just looked again. i love how you plan to use natural color variations in the landscape as logical dividers for your navigation. i'm a big fan of coherent palates and abhor otherwise quality work that's been dressed in clown pajamas.

That would be fun, but I need my main page to show a picture that looks clean and spare.

Hey! What do you think of Peter Lik? My friend who is also a photographer (the one who wants me to go to Antarctica with him) introduced me to his work and I must admit it's amazing stuff!
