Jacksonville, FL we even have gun shop commercials on the local television stations. We have those in California too, believe it or not.

Anyone else from Montana!?! Riiight. No one is from Montana. Anyways, its a great state (the parts that haven't been overrun by Californians - no offense Ted). All kinds of places to shoot, and fish, and hunt, and CHOP!

I live adjacent to the safest big city in the U.S. Otherwise known as the most booring big city in the U.S.
I would move but my job is here, there are not many oppertunities any where else.
Arf arf arf... That's my other dog impression.

AKMATT: Alaska must be the only place on EARTH with a less dense population than Montana! The North Pole aside! I've been close to Alaska, while I was in Russia (crazy how close you are to Russia). Anyways, enjoy the weather

AKMATT - Cool avatar! We spent a few weeks in Alaska back in 1990, staying at a relative's house off and on in Anchorage. If I remember correctly, the population of Anchorage was about 250,000. Of course, you don't have to go very far to get out in the "bush". I loved camping and fishing around the Kenai Peninsula ! It was the only time in my life that I got tired of catching fish!
Although I was born in southern Illinois, I grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. I spent a few years in Minnesota, then returned to Illinois. After years spent living and working there, my wife and I decided that there is a better way to live. We began looking for land/farms in other states, and settled in s/w Missouri. We have never been happier! Tom
