tkc, if you have a mac you can get a program called fugu, which i believe is free, to manage your web space. it's extremely intuitive. just get some space! it's better than photo services cuz you can save documents, videos, music, programs, pretty much anything.

I'm working on it. However, it has to be the perfect avatar that screams me. I'm thinking something along the lines of Bruce Cambell, or Crow T. Robot, haven't decided yet.

He's not really smart @** enough for me. However, I do like his character.

I went for an Aqua Teen Hunger Force/Boston bomb scare avatar.
The next time something really funny happens I'll change it.
Or if this one gets too old I'll try to get a screen shot from Kelly's Heros.
Arf arf arf... That's my other dog impression.

For those who don't know how to change the size of an image to use as an avatar, I've found a bit of a trick using a photobucket account.
When you view your photo album in photobucket, their software has automatically created thumbnails of your images to display within your album. Rather than copying the url's that they give you...right click on the small image and select "view image" from the list. This will open a new webpage that only shows the smaller image. Copy the url from the upper bar and use that for your image. The image is usually renamed to something like image_t.jpg where the "_t" means that it is a thumbnail.
On some websites (not photobucket, I've found) you can simply right click on the thumbnail images and select "copy image location", but with photobucket this will give you the location of the full size image.
Just another quick way to get things done! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
