Would a leather sheath made for Dan's Bro's recent chopper (FBM-CG) comfortably house the Dogfather?

Thanks to all who may know (Dwayne, Leatherface, ?....)! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

Thom,
Dwayne can prolly answer that one better than I can...I have a python inlay sheath for a FBM on the list of "to do's" for early next month, so THEN I will be able to answer you, as I will have both in hand

Give Stacy or Dwayne a yell...Stacy@Armoralleather.com

He isnt as ridiculously goodlooking as I am, but he is an ace at leatherwork!

Thanks, Dave!

Didn't think I was going to be creeped out by your answer, so bonus for me!

Getting an FBM sheath soon so I guess I'll know soon, too.

Here's a sneak peek Stacy sent me and gave me permission to put online:

I wonder if the handle is the same size between the FBM and DF? Also the thickness might be an issue as yours is kydex/fusion and very stiff. But, I hope to get a DF on order tomorrow so it might make it to me before your sheath is done so I can do a test fit. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> That said, I'll be doing some production DF sheaths, nice thick 10 ounce leather, BOSS stitched, and on the cheap compared to my custom stuff. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Leatherfact, python inlay eh? sweet! If you need any help in patterning that beast just let me know, snake inlay is one of my specialties. I've got lots of tips and tricks from many years of trial and error.

Thankfully, I got mag handles so it shouldn't be too much of a trouble.

Is it 9P-10P CST yet? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

Well, as long as the DF isnt a thicker blade than the S6, and not wider than the FBM, then your good to go! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />:D
