You guys in TX getting rain is making me mad. Here in OK we have been under a serious burn ban. I have plans to go camping next week but if I can't have a campfire it is out--just a lot of day trips.

Hope and pray that we can get some.

Not many over here perhaps appreciate the benefits of a rainy climate....I hope you are allowed a camp fire...it's not much to ask is it? I stay away from them as the smoke acts like a beacon for unwanted visitors...but we are a crowded country...although a few hexamine blocks burning can be a close "second" to the camp fire pleasures....and no smoke!

I wish we had rain, but I can't complain about our weather. 70's and barely cloudy, just perfect. The ladies at the tennis garden are smokin' hot though!

Just got my Spydie endura and dragonfly. First things noticed: there is a little bit of play with the endura and it feels a bit flimsy compared to the tenacious. The tenacious feels rock solid, handle and all. I wish I had gotten the etched version of the dragonfly but I do love how light it is and the size is perfect for an edc. The steel is nice on all of them but would have preferred vg-10 on the tenacious. All in all I love the spydies. Great feel, lightweight and very good steel. The handles could use some work but for the price the knives are a bargain.

I had a zytel endura once, lost it in Kansas. It had a molded in pocket clip.

The clip on the dragonfly is molded, it looks like it wouldn't take much to break. If I had gotten the etched or stainless version I'm sure there would be no issues. The g-10 is not one of my favorite handle types but on the tenacious it feels great. I'll post a pic of the group.

I think it was VG10. Excellent blade. It was fully serrated - back when I thought that was the best thing going. Now, I like mine plain.

yeah the clip on mine was rather flimsy and the clip stretched so much it became loose and popped out of my pocket while taking cover from one of those famous thunderstorms in Kansas.

I used to have a Spyderco Police Model, but it got lost in a college move (or someone got sticky fingers). I've always wanted a Civilian after seeing one in a knife shop in Estes Park, CO when I was in high school.

I heard that Sal at Spyderco said that a Titanium Military model is in the works. I'd definitely want one of those.

If the titanium Military were in M2 i'd definitely get one. I have a Benchmade mini AFCK in M2 that ROCKS!
