those are really cool. i think i'd like something all purpose, which means it won't do any one thing great. tracking, speed, comfort, and stability, in that order, are probably my priorities. i don't plan to fish or surf, but i like the SOT concept a lot.

I use mine to fish and cruise about. If you want tracking and speed go with something long and skinny. I've never priced those boats so I'm not going to be able to comment on that. Weight makes more difference on land than in the water.

If I was serious about just touring hardcore then I would look at sit ins. If I was going to be camping and heading downriver with friends...well then I'm already set. But I wouldn't hesitate to take my yak for many miles of paddling,

ok im thinking about getting the nmsfno only thing is i KNOW i want dropleg but i cant get the mashed cat dropleg when getting the knife...i hate paying double shipping...
