I was looking at the fiber ones. They can be very pretty.

i think i'm going bullpup with mines. i kind of wanted to cut and thread the factory barrel but i just found a .17 upgrade kit that looks pretty nice. the numbers on the .17 look close to the 5.7 round. so now i'm now thinking .17 bullpup...

One think I don't get is all those cosmetic kits for the 10/22. Like the Krinker Plinker and all that. I mean, you wouldn't put a car kit on a VW frame and bomb around town in that would you? What's the point of a 22 that 'looks' like a different kind of gun?

i agree on the plastic ar and ak stocks. when i bought this one i was thinking hogue stock and threading the factory barrel. i might be getting tacticool but i saw this bullpup (not the really crappy plastic one) and it seemed very attractive in the sense of something different.

I can't remember what brand the stock is, but it fits me well.

It has "ELIMINATOR" molded into the butt pad. Kinda gay, but that's what it says.

A 10/22 with a 20" barrel would be sweet.

I've been sanding micarta, and I can't get rid of that smell. I am still covered in dust even after vacuuming myself.

I sort of reprofiled my DMDC. It had a rounded over tip from the factory. I put it to the sander and gave it a nice pointy tip. Much better now. I'm thinking of putting a swedge on the spine towards the tip.
