or at least as often as our budgets will allow. But there you have it. I can spread my budget A LOT FURTHER if I stay on Dan's side of the fence. And what do I have to give up to do that?

Performance? Are you kidding?

A little prestige? I can live without it.

A small amount of corrosion resistance? I know how to take care of my knives.

So for me, hangin' around the Yard is what you might call a no-brainer.

I use my knives. And it sits a lot easier with me to use a 140.00 knife than to use a 300.00 dollar knife.
