it's a big day to make money for investors. i wouldn't hold anything for too long, though. the nature of the businessmen who screwed things up in the first place hasn't necessarily changed.

Here's the knife and stand (hickory) (sorry for the bad pics):

I screwed (#4-40) and epoxied the maple on, and filled the screw heads with epoxy to keep junk out of them.

Man I like that knife

three plates on each side is no little matter, how tall are you Mag?

pink, i saw that pic in another thread and its inspiring me to mod my sod with a nice finsh like that. its on my if i have enough time list. too bad im not in redwood city anymore id hit you up for some help!

i did shot and discus in HS as well as the 200 and 400. all those events require excellent technique. im just worried that ill hurt myself and not be able to work. i havent competed in a while at anything but im sure ill push myself. i just have to warm up good and stretch my back out. gyrations are an intense workout!

i do see u have a DMCG on the floor...i suggest you sheath it! i alrady have numerous foot cuts from leaving blades around my room
Go for it MC just do some stretching , sounds like your job give you quite a full body work out. You got to take pics !

Chopped? Like with a knife? The Newer gibsons are not what they used to be.. Quality control leaves much to be desired.. And they are way overpriced these days.. Hamer and heritage have much better fit and finish..

i see a comeback for gibson on the horizon, but the last few years whenever i try a new les paul, i'm really turned off.

by 'chopped' i meant customized. all the electronics were stripped and replaced with a single bridge humbucker and a volume. drilled new holes for a single piece wilkinson bridge. winkinson ez lok tuners, which i'm not crazy about. tusq nut, trapezoid onlays.

the plywood singlecut guitar now rocks hard, and i'm pretty selective and demanding about guitars. many $xxxx.00 guitars are just junk to me.

I went to the gibson summer jam a couple years ago at the custom shop.. It was really cool, got to see the guitars being made and such.. the Gibson custom shop stuff is really nice but expensive.. I've been wanting a '58 reissue les paul for sometime now, but never have the cash.. I had one roll through here that was amazing. Perfect finish, played like a dream.. But she's gone now. Still over priced though..
