So back to Austin you go! Got some work lined up? Texas actually isn't having as bad of unemployment problems as some places. Nah, no employment lined up yet.. Camping is fun--unless you are rained in a tent the whole time. I just got my wife out of thinking renting a room at a resort is camping LOL. She actually enjoyed tent camping as long as it is not too hot. Me, give me a blanket, a one man tent, a hammock and I can camp all summer long.

no, you had it, i was referring to cowboys from hell. pantera and the late, great, dimebag darrel. I knew Darrell Abbott for many many years. We used to go watch him play in a little legendary dive club called Savvy's in Ft.Worth. Back then he was known as "Diamond Darrell". That boy could shred the hell out of a guitar, and he was a blast to hang out with. Tragic end to his life for sure.

I'm serious guys, we need to plan a get together at my place. I've got enough land to do whatever the hell we want to do. I've got enough room to sleep about 10-12 under roof, and a couple hundred camped out. I have a huge smoker. We can fire it up and do some briskets, whole hogs, chickens, sausage, potatos, etc...
We could even do a skills competition or something like that. You know, let everybody get together in small teams and build shelters, start a fire, and all that survival stuff. We also have a pistol range and a rifle range that 600yds. We can do just about anything out here.
