aw its not even the money....i'm used to being low income. I just cant stand the city anymore, its turning me into a murderous trucker. so many idiots spawning more idiots with result being dumbed down idiots....... I could go on, but hey family forum and all.... I am planning to start building log furniture. If i have to do it on my little 6 x 8 prison cell patio, so be it. one piece at a time. My buddy sold a log table for $1300 recently. all it was was two stumps sawn flat, with a massive cedar plank. All stained and varathaned.... took him about 3 hours to make it..... to as insult to injury, every day, multiple times a day i drive past an outdoor log house building factory.........I look at those nice peeled logs and the guys working and having fun and i go YEA! i was meant to do THAT. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> I used to live in the city. I'm glad I got out of it. No offense to the city folks but city people are very fast pace people <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/paperbag.gif" alt="" /> if I didn't gas it 0.001 second after the light turns green I would get a honk. People running reds pretty much daily. Respect is nowhere to be found in the city. I remember seeing on the TV where a person got hit by a car and people just walk by him like nothing happened... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I also fled the city, but now I live in the burbs. I am working on acclimating my wife to move out to Montana or Wyoming, but it is the biggest challenge I'll ever face. She is an urban girl, but I am working her. She found pleasure in car camping, and finally agreed to go canoeing and portaging with me and our daughter this summer. So if she enjoys that hope is not lost!
